Queen Marking Numbers are used to identify your queens.  Works better than queen paint markers as it allows you to exactly monitor your queens and trace them back to your queen / colony tracking notes.
- Each card contains the numbers 1 through 99
- Available in multiple colors: white, yellow, red, blue, green
- The queen is marked a specific color depending on the last digit of the year she was born: white = 1 or 6, yellow = 2 or 7, red = 3 or 8, green = 4 or 9, blue = 5 or 0
- Queen marking number glue is required to affix the numbers to the thorax of the queen
Use the following chart to determine the standardized queen marking numbers color for a particular year :Â (match up the year ending digit to the color list below)
- 6 or 1 White
- 7 or 2 Yellow
- 8 or 3 Red
- 9 or 4 Green
- 0 or 5 Blue
Examples:Â Â 2022 would be yellow, 2023 would be red, etc.
