ISBA 2025 Summer Conference Registration

ISBA 2025 Summer Conference – for each attendee please fill out the information below and select the “ADD TO CART” button option.   Repeat the process of filling out the questions for each attendee in your party.  You can use the “CLEAR ALL OPTIONS” button at the bottom of the form to clear all the fields after the first attendee is added to the cart.   Please have your registration submitted and paid by July 31, 2025.

We have a limited number of closer parking spots for those that are unable to walk from the main parking area to the speaker tents and main food building. The event area is a combination of gravel and grass. Select this option if you have specialized parking needs.

Bring your own 4x7 or smaller smoker, fuel and lighter.

Do you plan to watch the Bee Beard demonstration?

The bee beard will take place near the speaker tents and food area. You will be in close proximity to thousands of potentially flying bees and if you are not comfortable in this type of situation then we recommend you wear protective gear while watching.

Will you be participating in the Meyer Bees Apiary Tour?

This is a walking tour, approx 1/2 mile roundtrip through grass. Closed toe shoes are recommended. Protective gear may be desired based on your comfort level around flying bees and being in very close proximity to hundreds of active hives.

ISBA 2025 Summer Conference Registration (Illinois State Beekeepers Association) – This will be an outdoor event with many hands on activities planned. Be prepared to do some walking between the parking area, speaker tents, food building and other activities. Wear comfortable shoes for walking in grass and cool clothing as there will be fans but no air-conditioning available. Time: Main event from 8 am to 5 pm, Evening Social: From 5 pm onwards including a bonfire

Where: Meyer Bees, 2021 Holt Road, Minooka, IL

Who: You do not need to be a member of any bee club to attend.  Feel free to spread this info to all your beekeeper friends  🐝

  • Plenty of time to gather around, eat, drink and discuss bees!
